Hiking
The excursion starts on the western shore of Lake Kaltern, at Gasthof Geier. After about 10 minutes, a track branches off to the right and leads you to the east shore road. Follow this road turning left until you reach the "Frühlingstal" signpost. As the Frühlingstal has many spring flowers very early on, this pleasant hike is particularly recommended in February and March.
